Replace the spinning drive with a modern SSD and migrate everything cleanly. Typical turnaround: 1–2 business days.
RAM upgrade
Bumping from 4 GB to 8 GB or 8 GB to 16 GB makes a real difference.
Battery replacement
If the laptop is otherwise good but the battery is at 30% original capacity, a new battery is high-leverage.
