How it works

You drop off, we configure, you pick up.

  • Tell us what your office uses: email, software, printer, shared folders
  • Drop the new computers at the workshop, or we source them for you
  • We set each one up and test it at the bench
  • Pick them up configured and labelled for each person
  • Plug in at the office and follow the connection card, or call us for the walkthrough

Business computers that need repair get the same flat prices as everyone else, plus priority on the bench for Care Plan members.

Computer Wall is a small, shop-based workshop. We don’t provide on-site or 24/7 managed IT. If your office needs that, we’ll tell you honestly.

The guarantee

Three promises on every repair.

  • 12-month warranty on labour. Same problem comes back inside a year, we fix it free (90 days on a Quick Fix). Parts carry their manufacturer warranty on top.
  • Didn’t fix it? You don’t pay. If we can’t get your computer doing what you brought it in for, there’s no repair charge.
  • The price you approve is the price you pay. If we find something else, we call before doing any extra work.
