Are you a managed service provider (MSP)?
No. We are a local repair and support shop. We do project work, onsite visits, and ongoing relationships, but we do not lock you into multi-year ticketing contracts.
Do you do on-site visits?
Yes. Service calls are available across Stony Plain, Spruce Grove, and Parkland County. Onsite visits are by appointment, scheduled outside walk-in hours. More on service calls.
What’s the minimum job?
There isn’t one. If you have one workstation, we’ll help with one workstation.
Do you sell hardware?
We’ll spec what you need and either source it or point you to the best local option. No vendor lock-in.
