Flat prices for the work. Parts are quoted before we order them. Every repair carries a 12-month warranty on labour unless noted.
Free First Look
A quick look at the counter. Two-minute fixes are done right there, free. Otherwise you get a flat price on the spot.
Bench Diagnosis (only when needed)
For faults that can’t be found at the counter. The full $99 comes off any repair you approve, so if we fix it, the diagnosis was free.
Quick Fix
One small software problem or a simple popup cleanup, often done while you wait. 90-day warranty.
Desktop or gaming PC part install
Graphics card, power supply, memory, drive or fan installed and stress-tested.
Laptop Hardware Repair
Windows laptops and MacBooks: screen, battery, keyboard, charging port, trackpad, hinge or fan. Part approved before ordering.
Move-In Setup
New computer set up with everything moved over from the old one.
The Shop Rescue
Complete repair, tune, cleanup, health check and file backup.
Business Workstation Setup
Configured at the shop, ready to plug in. $347 each for 3+.
Data Recovery
Free evaluation, see your files before you pay, returned on a USB drive you keep. No files, no charge.
SSD Speed Upgrade
500GB SSD, full transfer and setup included. 1TB +$70. Memory added while it’s open from $79 + memory.

Both done in one visit. Saves $97 over booking them separately.
Bulk computer service (5 or more computers)
Five or more computers set up, upgraded, repaired, wiped or securely erased at the workshop. No networking or on-site work. One flat price per computer and a guaranteed finish date: any computer not ready on time gets its labour free.
Fast-Track (optional upgrade for bulk service)
The next open start date, bench time outside walk-in hours, computers handed back as they’re finished and a progress text each day. Miss the date and the upgrade is refunded.
Refurbished desktops & laptops
A small, hand-picked selection from our stock, tested and ready to use, with a 1-year hardware warranty (extend to 2 years for $79, 3 years for $129). Add the Move-In Setup to move everything over.

Yearly plan
Computer Wall Care Plan — $249/year
About $21 a month, paid once a year, for one computer. A scam popup, a lost photo album or a computer that suddenly won’t cooperate: we’ve got you covered, and the year is looked after before anything goes wrong.
- Remote help, members only: your included Quick Fixes done from our workshop while you watch, no trip needed
- Up to 3 Quick Fixes a year ($149 value each): scam and popup cleanups, a printer that won’t print, an email account that stopped syncing, a program that won’t open. No charge, often done remotely

How our pricing works.
No hourly meter
With an hourly rate, the bill grows with every hour on the bench, and a full cleanup, tune and health check is often three or four hours of work. Our prices are flat, however long the job takes. If something unexpected comes up, we call before doing more.
Seniors save $40
Customers 65 and over get $40 off any Shop Rescue, SSD Upgrade or Move-In Setup.
No fix, no charge
If we can’t fix what you brought it in for, you don’t pay for the repair.
Why a home workshop? Computer Wall runs from a dedicated workshop on our own property, so there’s no storefront rent built into your bill. That money goes into what you actually get: time at the bench, a 12-month warranty, no fix, no charge, and a money-back speed guarantee on SSD upgrades.
