  • Your Windows, Microsoft or Apple account password, if you know it
  • The make and model if you can find it (usually on a sticker underneath; on a Mac, Apple menu > About This Mac)
  • A quick description of when the problem started

Is it worth fixing? If a repair costs more than the laptop is worth, we’ll say so. We also keep tested laptops in stock, and the Move-In Setup can move everything over from your old one.

Three promises on every repair.

  • 12-month warranty on labour. Same problem comes back inside a year, we fix it free (90 days on a Quick Fix). Parts carry their manufacturer warranty on top.
  • Didn’t fix it? You don’t pay. If we can’t get your computer doing what you brought it in for, there’s no repair charge.
  • The price you approve is the price you pay. If we find something else, we call before doing any extra work.
