All part sales are final. No returns or exchanges, including for a part that doesn’t fit your computer, couldn’t be installed, or was damaged while being installed or used. If you believe a part was faulty when you bought it, bring it back within 7 days with your receipt: we inspect it at the workshop, and our inspection decides. A part showing any sign of damage or mishandling (bent or broken pins, cracks, burn marks, liquid, or a removed or damaged label) isn’t covered. Not sure it’s the right one? Ask us before you buy, or have us install it for you (installation is priced separately).
