Getting started
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in during shop hours: Mon–Fri 11am–5pm, Sat 11am–2pm. For evenings, pickups, drop-offs, or service calls, book by appointment.
Are walk-ins welcome?
Yes — walk-ins are how most customers come in. Just show up during posted hours.
What are your walk-in hours?
Mon–Fri 11am to 5pm and Saturday 11am to 2pm. Calls, texts, and booked appointments are available 11am–11pm.
Can I come after work?
Yes. Evening drop-offs and pickups are available by appointment. Call or text 780-994-6203.

What does diagnosis cost?
Free 5-minute triage by phone, text, or walk-in. Real bench diagnosis is the $99 System Exam, which includes a clear repair quote before any work begins.
What does the $99 System Exam include?
Full hardware inspection (drives, memory, thermals, power, ports), full software inspection (boot, OS integrity, malware, startup load), a plain-English explanation of what's wrong, and an honest repair-or-replace recommendation — with a flat-rate quote before any repair work begins.
Is the $99 exam credited toward repair?
Credit may apply on approved repairs over $249. Ask at intake — we'll tell you up front.
Why isn't diagnosis free?
Free diagnosis usually means hidden margins, rushed work, or a sales pitch at the end. The $99 fee buys you real bench time, an honest answer, and a clear quote — even if the answer is "don't fix this."
Do you start repairs without approval?
No. Repair work begins only after you approve the quote. No surprise bills.

How long does diagnosis take?
Most System Exams are completed by next business day. Same-day is often possible — call to check current turnaround.
How long do repairs take?
Most common repairs are completed within 1–3 business days after you approve the quote. Parts-dependent repairs (special-order screens, motherboard parts) may take longer — we'll tell you up front.
What if it's not worth fixing?
We'll tell you. Honest repair-or-replace advice is part of every System Exam.
Do you offer a guarantee?
