The computer repair shop never meant to be big.

Quality over volume, by design. The same person handles your repair from intake to handoff — no technician handoffs, no rotating shifts, no rushed counter guesses. Quiet enough to actually listen, ask the questions that matter, and tell you honestly whether your computer is worth fixing.

No job is too small. No question is dumb. The repairs other shops pass on are the ones we take.

What's wrong?

Tell us what your computer is doing.

If any of these match, it's worth a free triage call. We'll tell you whether to bring it in.

How it works

From problem to plan in four steps.

Start free. Diagnose properly. Repair only after you approve.

  1. Free triage

Call, text, walk in, or book online. We'll help decide if it's worth bringing in.

  2. Computer Exam

Real diagnosis — hardware, software, repair-or-replace recommendation.

  3. Quote before repair

Flat-rate, no surprises. Repair only begins after you approve.

  4. You decide

Repair, upgrade, replace, or walk away. The right answer — not the biggest invoice.

Built this way on purpose

The shop that was never meant to be big.

Three things you’ll get from Computer Wall that don’t exist at a high-volume counter shop or a chain — and the kind of case those shops won’t take.

Small by design

Same person from intake to handoff.

No technician handoffs. No rotating shifts. No “your case has been escalated.” The same person who diagnoses your computer is the one who fixes it — and the one you talk to when you pick it up. That’s the model, not the exception.

Quality over volume

Built for the work, not the throughput.

A shop with low overhead doesn’t need to chase volume to keep the lights on. That’s why we can quietly take the time to study a problem, ask the right questions, and tell you honestly when a repair isn’t worth it — including when the answer costs us the job.

No job too small

No question is dumb. Bring it in.

Slow laptop, mystery error, a printer that won’t connect, “something just feels off” — bring it in. We have the time to listen and the patience to explain. You won’t be rushed out the door, and no question is too basic.

Told it can’t be fixed?

The repairs other shops pass on.

End-of-life machines, intermittent symptoms, custom builds, repairs another shop sent back unsolved — the jobs other shops pass on are the ones we take. You’ll get a real diagnosis and an honest answer about whether there’s a path forward.

Edge cases are our specialty

The repairs other shops won't take.

If another shop said "it can't be fixed," "you should just replace it," or "your data is gone" — bring it here. Unusual hardware, end-of-life laptops, intermittent symptoms nobody can reproduce, rare boards, custom builds, machines five years past warranty. The repairs that don't have a YouTube tutorial are the ones we like the most.

This isn't a high-volume counter shop chasing the easy fixes. The model is built around taking the time a tough diagnosis actually needs — so the answer you get is the right one, not the convenient one.

  • "Won't power on" with no obvious cause
  • Intermittent crashes nobody else can reproduce
  • Older or end-of-life hardware others won't touch
  • Symptoms that only show up at the worst moments
  • Custom-built rigs and uncommon configurations
  • Repairs another shop returned unsolved
