Real cleanup. Hardened so it doesn’t come back.
Suspicious popups, fake antivirus warnings, hijacked browsers, ransomware, mystery slowdowns. We identify what got in, remove it cleanly, and lock the door behind it.
- Browser keeps redirecting to weird search engines
- Constant popup ads
- Scary "Microsoft / Apple / FBI" warnings demanding you call a number
- Files renamed with strange extensions (possible ransomware)
- Computer running hot for no reason
- Friends getting "your" emails you didn’t send
Identify what’s actually in there
We diagnose the actual infection: how it got in, what it’s doing, where it’s hiding.
Remove it cleanly
Targeted removal, not just "we restored from a checkpoint."
Decide: clean or rebuild
Some infections are clean-removable. Some need a clean OS install. We will tell you which.
Harden it
Browser cleanup, real antivirus, OS updates current.
Important: don’t pay the popup
If you’ve got a popup demanding you call a “Microsoft” or “Apple” support line, don’t call it. That’s a scam.
Where a repair lands depends on how much work it actually takes. Small things cost less. We are not going to bill you $179 to sort out an email password. Parts are quoted separately. If you do not like the number, you take it home and you owe us nothing. No surprise bills, either: if we find something else along the way, we call before doing more work.
