Onsite visits are by appointment, scheduled outside walk-in hours.
Walk-in hours are kept separate on purpose, so a service call never takes the place of being open at the counter.

How to book
- Call/text 780-994-6203 with what is going on.
- We schedule a window. Mornings or evenings, outside walk-in hours.
- We arrive, do the work, walk you through what we changed, and bill the agreed amount.
Do you charge for travel?
It’s bundled into the service-call quote, so you see one price up front rather than a meter running.
Can you come after work?
Yes. Evening service calls are available by appointment.
What if you can’t fix it on-site?
If something needs the bench, we take it back to the shop, run further diagnosis if needed, and quote the next step. You’re not paying twice.

Do you go outside Parkland County?
Sometimes. Call and we’ll tell you honestly. For small jobs farther out, a drop-off at the Stony Plain shop usually makes more sense.
