Do you charge for travel?
It's bundled into the service-call quote, so you see one price up front rather than a meter running. We'll tell you the total before we drive.
Can you come after work?
Yes. Evening service calls are available by appointment.
What if you can't fix it on-site?
If something needs the bench, we take it back to the shop, run further diagnosis (if needed), and quote the next step. You're not paying twice.
Are weekends available?
By appointment only — call or text 780-994-6203 to discuss.
Do you go outside Parkland County?
Sometimes — call and we'll tell you honestly. For trips outside our core area, we'll work something out for the right kind of job; for small jobs farther out, a drop-off at the Stony Plain shop usually makes more sense.
