How long it takes
Most System Exams are completed by the next business day. Same-day is often possible — call to check current turnaround.
What happens next
- Drop off during walk-in hours (Mon–Fri 11–5, Sat 11–2) or book an evening drop-off.
- We diagnose. You'll hear back, usually next business day, with the issue, options, and quote.
- You decide. Approve the repair, walk away, or take the machine and the report.
- If repaired, you get a 90-day guarantee on the work performed.

What if you can't figure out the problem?
That's rare, but if it happens we'll tell you. We don't bill the exam fee for guesses.
Can I drop off after work?
Yes. Evening drop-offs are available by appointment. Call or text 780-994-6203.
Do I need an appointment?
No appointment needed for walk-in drop-offs during shop hours. Evenings and pickups are by appointment.
